Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Contact Details to enable us to communicate with you.
- Allow other members to arrange tie’s.
- Track and Trace for Covid regulations.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Rink Diary – https://www.stamperland.rinkdiary.co.uk/home/
- This is used to book rinks for play and facilitates the track and trace obligations under current Government guidelines.
We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you, arrange ties, track and trace.
We may share this information with any relevant public body, such as the local authority, NHS, police, etc.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on the club computer and is password protected. Your details are also stored on the online Rink Diary system to facilitate booking rinks, this data is secured behind a main admin account accessed by the gents match secretary.
We keep your name, address, telephone number and email address on the club computer for the length of your membership. We will then dispose your information by deletion of said data when instructed or you no longer become a member.
